could you provide me matlab scripts that externally interpolate prepared forcing files from wrf ?

I have already prepared seagrid for ROMS to run with 2 km resolution but , I have to prepare forcing files from WRF that itś resolution 4 km. So, the ROMS has internal interpolation ??
