My issue is resolved by renaming the fort.50 to fort.60

since fort.50 is the binary output of the restart steps.

i m working in Roms 1D model .. can you please share the model you are using ?

i have issue with running the plot_all in MATLAB R2016b. The function tzplot('u') etc is popping error saying function not defined.

can any one please provide me the tzplot function

but i want to know from where to get tzplot function to run plot_all.m

Thanks for sharing the Roms 1d files .. i have checked the file are you using the ifort compiler - like are you using the inter parallel studio XE for the ifort compiler ???

i think if i change the compiler options to gcc or g++ which are available in my linux, but i ned the make.machine fileif u can help me providing the make.machine file where i could change my path .. or if i m thinking it in wrong direction please help me with this ..
