I'm running a simulation; I need outputs every six hours and daily average, I configured the output options in the ini file as follows:

! Output history, quicksave, average, and diagnostic files parameters.

Did you check that the oxygen was activated in the .h file? And, are you sure that the boundary configuration in the fennel.in file is correct?

Hello! If the area is very shallow the problem can be the heat flux, you can try use the forcing and Qcorrection instead of Bulk Fluxes. I had a very similar problem in a shallow domain, the temperature was very high or very low.
