I have managed to compile SWAN and generate a swanM file with the following cpp file settings

but when i do the command:


mpirun -np 1 ./swanM BELAJAR_swan.in

My mistake was to let compile read openmpi in its default position, which is usr/bin/mpirun

I managed to generate a romsM file after setting the bash file and setting the openmpi directory used.
But when I run the process using:

mpirun -np 9 ./romsM roms_file.in
and of course i set NtileI as 3 and NtileJ as 3

I got the error:

I have a problem with the ROMS running related to gridding. Ffor your information, I use local bathymetry with a size of 3000 * 3000. After extracting it produces landmasses on the 4 sides of the boundary (red line).
