I am not getting the ocean_time variable in my average (output NetCDF) file. I am using roms-2.2. In roms-2.1 it used to come. Can anybody throw some light on it

The problem with the compiling was avoided when the NONLINEAR switch in globaldefs.h was undefined. But the roms-2.2 is not running after the time step starting. Actually my model does not calculate anything.

When compiling I am getting the following error.

The OXYGEN switch is additionally introduced in roms-2.2 and CARBON is there from 2.1 onwards. So you might have read a manual of roms-2.2. That may be the reason for your confusion
