I'm trying to run ROMs by forcing with wrf output
It was blowing up after running for four hours.

I have solved this problem, it should still be an issue with the mpi compiler selection.

for coawst issues, specific to compiling or running multiple models together, it is best to post an issue here:
https://github.com/DOI-USGS/COAWST/issues

your issue is that you selected a compiler for openmp and mpi. (dm+sm)
For cowast, you can only use mpi.

COAWST JOE_TC case compile error

When I tried the JOE_TC example, ./coawst.bash had the following problem


1. RUN - Inlet_test: ROMS+SWAN

parallel pass

2. RUN - JOE_TC: ROMS+WRF

parallel error

mct_coupler_params.f90(2): error #7002: Error in opening the compiled module file. Check INCLUDE paths. [MCT_WRF_COUPLER_PARAMS]

Problems encountered while installing ROMS

When I run ./build_roms.sh, I get the 'romsS' file instead of 'romsM'. What's the difference between the two? Does it make a difference to the results?
