Error with netcdf lib when linking upwelling test case

Hi,

I have been working on this for a couple of days and can't get the upwelling test case to link. I am using the build.bash on a mac under OSX 10.8.4 and gfortran. I followed the tutorial here as close as possible:

I compiled the netcdf from 4.1.3 with --disable-netcdf-4 configure option

The netcdf libraries are present in the -L location but I get the output that follows.

It is often the case that once I post a problem to a forum, I figure out the problem in short order. Seems to accelerate the process. Anyway, it's working now and the problem was the libnetcdff.a file not being linked.
