Hi friends!
I'm modeling my own estuary in South Korea.
And there are permanent wet(water) regions, permanent dry(land) regions, and alterable regions which depend on tide.
In order to depict them. I will use 'wet_dry'.
I have bathymetry data in permanent wet points and alterable points.
But how can I set my dry points?
As long as I know, h value shouldn't be zero(or inf or nan). then should I set dry point as negative value?

Re: Wet_Dry and bathymetry
Yes, just pick something, like 10 m or -10 m, it doesn't matter. Points to be permanently dry are set with the land mask as land.

Re: Wet_Dry and bathymetry
Thanks kate!
I'll pick -15m.
How about Dcrit??
In my log file, Dcrit means Minimum depth for wetting and drying(m).
Is it value of minimum depth of wet point??
I'll pick -15m.

Re: Wet_Dry and bathymetry
Dcrit is minimum depth of wet-dry points. They are prevented from getting shallower than that. You might try half a meter to start with. I have a domain in which 0.1 m runs, 0.05 does not.
