same coordinates for different vslice/rslice plots

Hi, I'd like to use Vslice (part of Rslice) to make figures of ROMS output. I haven't yet been able to figure out how to get the same exact location of the profile for Vslice when opening different netcdf his files. I think I need to modify the mfiles to temporarily hardcode in the beginning and ending coordinate for the transect. Or is there a better way to go about this? Your help is appreciated! Thanks.
