using seagrid

I downloaded using SVN the mathlab directory. For running seagrid MEX files are to be created. I opened directory mex and issued the command make_seagrid_mex. It showed the error

No supported SDK or compiler was found on this computer.

Unable to complete successfully.

My attempt to install SDK from above site failed.
Shall be thankful if some body could offer remedial actions
