Error in Full Poesterior Error Covariance Matrix

I was running WC13 case with PSAS,but I met a error in DPOTRF with INFO = 2 when computing Cholesky factorization,I have checked the dpotrf.f,which is because the order of input matrix A is less than 0,but I don't know how to solve it ,except that,when I run PSAS in South China Sea,the error in DPOTRF is INFO =37 ,can anyone give me some advice?
